Space NK opens at St Martins Yard, the first store to trade in Coney Street Riverside

Space NK opened at 3–7 Coney Street, York, on Friday 25 September 2026, the first store to trade in St Martins Yard, the opening phase of our Coney Street Riverside regeneration. The store follows a full programme of landlord's works across the listed buildings, with Federal due to open in the neighbouring space in November.

For investors looking for regular serviced income, our syndicated property investments hold commercial buildings for the long term, with rent distributed to syndicate members after costs. Income depends on the tenants in each building and is not fixed or guaranteed.

For those interested in something shorter term, our loan investment opportunities run on a one to two year timescale, with interest at a rate fixed for each individual loan. Repayment depends on the borrower, and on the value of the security if the borrower defaults.
