Spurriergate Syndicate

A period four storey building at the end of a terrace on Spurriergate in York city centre, close to the junctions with Coney Street, Market Street and Low Ousegate and adjoining a historic church. Spurriergate is an extension of Coney Street, within the main pedestrianised shopping area of the city and close to its restaurants, bars and cafes. The ground floor and basement, of approximately 704 sq ft, are let to Mobile Cottage Ltd, which trades from the shop. The three upper floors have been refurbished to provide three two bedroom flats, one to each floor, extending to about 1,392 sq ft in total and currently used as holiday lets.
