St Martins Court Syndicate

A substantial riverside building at St Martins Court, set back from the pedestrianised part of Coney Street in the centre of York and with prominent frontage to the River Ouse. Redeveloped in 2000, it combines new build with the retained elevations of the former Yorkshire Herald newspaper printing works, and is built mainly of brick with some timber cladding under a steel roof. Character features include original panelled framed windows, iron columns, a spiral staircase and exposed brick and timber.
