Helmsley is a privately owned property investment and development business based in York.
Since 1980 we have acted for clients buying commercial property, funding residential development and participating in long term regeneration schemes.
Holding all three allows a client to combine income and growth within one property allocation.
Every investment is individually structured, secured on a real asset and managed by our in-house team. We are not a fund.
