Unit 11 is a purpose built modern industrial unit on Broadhelm Business Park at Barmby Moor, on the southern edge of Pocklington in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The park has prominent frontage to the A1079, the main road between York and Hull, and stands opposite the older Pocklington Airfield Industrial Estate. The unit is of single span steel portal frame construction, with facing brick and profiled composite cladding to the elevations and roof, a concrete floor, three phase power and electrically operated loading doors. It extends to 8,000 sq ft gross internal on a site of 0.78 acres, with a large concrete loading yard, customer parking and 21 car spaces. The unit is let in its entirety to Howden Joinery Properties Limited and trades as a Howdens Joinery depot. The end nearest the access provides offices, showroom and trade counter, with the remainder of the warehouse used for storage, racking and distribution.
