Helmsley Group has sold the E.ON Drive EV charging hub off North Street, York, to Merseyside Pension Fund. The eight-bay ultra-rapid hub is let to E.ON on a 20 year lease with no breaks.

Helmsley Group buys 70 Low Petergate in off-market York acquisition

Helmsley Group has acquired the freehold of 70 Low Petergate, a 7,952 sq ft retail and medical building on one of York city centre's principal retail streets. The property was secured off market and is held without borrowing.
