Space NK opened at St Martins Yard on Coney Street, York, on Friday 25 September 2026. It is the first store to trade within the opening phase of Helmsley Group's Coney Street Riverside regeneration.

Helmsley Group delivers and sells York city centre EV charging hub

Helmsley Group has sold the E.ON Drive EV charging hub off North Street, York, to Merseyside Pension Fund. The eight-bay ultra-rapid hub is let to E.ON on a 20 year lease with no breaks.

York city centre spend holds up against the UK high street
