A detached two storey office building on Camberwell Way, part of Doxford International Technology Park on the southern edge of Sunderland. The park sits at the junction of the A19 and the A690, about three miles south of Sunderland and fourteen miles south of Newcastle, with the A1(M) some eight miles to the south west. The whole building is let to Fairstone Group Limited, which occupies it as its headquarters. The tenant has invested in the office fit out and in the landscaping and car parking areas, and has grown its workforce in the building considerably since taking occupation.
