Architect Ian Atkinson from DSP architects in York, adds: “We’ve worked within the constraints of a Grade II* listed building to create four unique apartments. These will be sensitively restored to incorporate period features with a contemporary aesthetic.
Richard Elam at Evora Construction is managing the work and adds: “Construction has begun and is progressing well at this quality location. We’re working within many guidelines for this listed building and the team are scheduled to complete in Spring next year.”
