Is there a fee for dealing with a subject access request?
We provide a copy of the information free of charge. However, we may charge a ‘reasonable fee’ when a request is manifestly unfound or excessive, particularly if it is requested more than once. In this event you will be notified of the fees involved.
How long does a request take?
We will provide information without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request, however in the event that we cannot process this information within the month due to the complex nature of the data we will inform you of this delay and explain why we require more time.
