Access request

Under the GDPR you have the right to obtain:

• Confirmation that your data is being processed
• Access to the personal data we hold about you, so that you can check that it is correct, and we will allow you to correct it

Is there a fee for dealing with a subject access request?

We provide a copy of the information free of charge. However, we may charge a ‘reasonable fee’ when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is requested more than once. In this event you will be notified of the fees involved.

How long does a request take?

We will provide information without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request. If we cannot process it within the month because of the complex nature of the data, we will tell you of the delay and explain why we need more time.
