Helmsley added to our UK-wide property portfolio with the acquisition of this prime mixed-use commercial scheme in the popular Oxfordshire market town of Henley-on-Thames.

This marked our first purchase on behalf of our private investors in the iconic market town, and compliments the prime and affluent locations that offer attractive potential investment returns within our managed portfolio, outside of the major city centre conurbations.

The purchase also offered an exciting opportunity to further expand our reach on behalf of our 800 client investors nationwide.

A former coach house dating from the 17th century, the building at 21-23 Hart Street stands within a private courtyard.

It is divided into a large restaurant currently leased to Zizzi Restaurants and two self-contained courtyard offices providing more than 7,500 sq ft of internal accommodation.

There is also land to the rear of the property providing 20 on-site car parking spaces, taking the total site area to one third of an acre.
