We are a property-based lending specialist and a patron of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), as well as a member of the Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL). We provide short-term finance for residential and commercial projects. The secured loans are often used to fund a commercial or residential property development or to buy some land. In some cases, the money is used as bridging capital to allow businesses to rationalise their borrowing or rearrange their finances.
