Our sale of Felling, a significant retail investment in Gateshead, has been shortlisted as ‘Property Deal of The Year’ at the inaugural Insider magazine awards in the North East.
An independent panel of experts assembled in Newcastle recently to judge the entries.
The event has been launched to recognise and reward the excellence of the industry across the region.
Philip Cunliffe, regional business editor at Insider, who chaired the judging session, said:
“We were delighted with the quality of the entries and I think the strength of the sector is reflected in the shortlists.”
The awards will be announced on the 4th May 2017 at the awards ceremony in Newcastle.
